PALP February Meeting Details

Theme: “Lifting Others as We Climb”

This February, the Peace Ambassador Leadership Program (PALP) will focus on leadership development and mentorship, helping participants grow as both leaders and mentors.

Activities:

Virtual Speed Mentoring: Connect with community leaders in a fast-paced, virtual mentoring session where you’ll receive valuable advice on leadership, careers, and personal growth.

“Leadership Hot Seat”: Test your quick thinking as you answer rapid-fire questions from your peers about leadership challenges and decision-making.

Peer Mentoring Workshop: Learn how to be an effective mentor by practicing feedback and support in pairs.

Service Project Check-In: Review your service project progress and receive guidance as you move toward implementation.

Goal: Build leadership skills and check on progress for ongoing service projects.
