Sponsorship Levels

    • At PALS, we believe that our sponsors deserve recognition for their contribution towards making a positive impact in our young people. As such, we are pleased to offer our sponsors at the Silver, Gold, Platinum, the following benefits, regardless of the level of sponsorship:
    • Signage recognizing sponsorship: Your company’s logo and name will be prominently displayed at the PALS event, recognizing your contribution towards empowering the next generation of leaders.
    • Step & Repeat Inclusion: Your company’s logo will be included on the PALS step and repeat banner, which will be prominently displayed during photo opportunities at the event.
    • Logo on PALS Wrap up Video: Your company’s logo will be featured on the PALS wrap up video, which will showcase the highlights of the event.
    • Logo on NVEEE website, monthly newsletter, and select marketing materials: Your company’s logo and name will be featured on the NVEEE website, in our monthly newsletter, and select marketing materials.
    • Welcome post on NVEEE’s Social Media Channels: Your company will receive a welcome post on our social media channels, thanking you for your contribution towards making a positive impact in the community.
    • Ad in the Program Book: As a sponsor of PALS, your company will have the opportunity to include an ad in the program book, which will be distributed to all participants, guests, and partners. This provides a great opportunity to showcase your company’s brand and message to a wide audience.

Specialty Item Sponsorship

A Specialty Item Sponsorship provides an excellent opportunity for companies to showcase their brand and make a lasting impact on participants by sponsoring a specific item or activity at PALS. By choosing a Specialty Item Sponsorship, your company can select an item or activity that aligns with your brand values and resonates with the youth participants. For example, a company can sponsor the PALS t-shirts, workshop materials, or even the graduation ceremony. In addition to having your company’s logo prominently displayed on the sponsored item or activity, your sponsorship will be recognized on our website, social media channels, and event program. This exposure will help raise awareness of your company’s commitment to making a positive impact in the community and increase your brand visibility. By sponsoring a Specialty Item, your company can make a meaningful impact while also promoting your brand to a wide audience.

 

Snack Break Sponsor

Provide healthy and on-the-go snacks for participants and volunteers during their break periods. Branded labels will be placed on snack and break tables and in students’ rooms.

Name Badges Sponsor

$750

Worn by all staff, volunteers and attendees, our name badges also include the program agenda and are referenced throughout the entire PALS. Includes option to distribute promo materials/ giveaways.

Breakfast & Wellness Activities Sponsor

$1,500

Branded signage will be placed on breakfast tables with recreational activity resources. Sponsors may provide branded cups/napkins, water bottles, and fitness towels.

Door Tag Sponsor

$1,500

A door drop places your provided materials at each room’s front door as students arrive with their parents to unpack. 50 participants per location.

Self-Care Sponsor

$2,000

Help students and staff unwind from a busy day by providing self-care packages for 50-80 gender-specific or neutral materials and care kits. Branded signage may be placed on the items, packages, and care cards that may include daily affirmations, encouraging words, and other well wishes.

Landing Page Sponsor

$2,500

Your logo will be prominently featured on the PALS landing page. Targeted ads are currently running and will continue through end of July on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, making this a great opportunity.

Travel & Transportation South FL to Georgetown

$5,000

Provide promo material, such as stickers or branded shirts, or any gear for the students and staff to wear for our travels from Fort Lauderdale to Washington, D.C.

Re-Charge Station Sponsor

Promo/branded graphics will be placed at all recharging units.

Program Agenda Sponsor

$1,000

Your logo included on all pages of the agenda which are available in print and virtually for all students and parents. The opportunity includes option to provide promo materials and giveaways in welcome bag.

Graduation Ceremony Sponsor

$1,500

Every student will be provided a certificate and give a short speech. Logos will be used on the students’ certificates and other branded materials may be provided for the ceremonial experience.

Promotional Products (SWAG)

Your branded upscale swag will be distributed to approximately 100 attendees at registration. Limited placements available; maximum of four items per company. Sponsor assumes cost and bears responsibility for having items arrive 7 – 10 days before each event.

Public Service Announcement Sponsor

$1,500

Your logo prominently displayed on the projector behind PSA performances. Students make PSA’s on various social topics. It is a staple of PALS because it allows students to take a social project they’re passionate about, role play, and learn how to develop healthy solutions and reactions.

Workshop Sponsor

$2,500

Branded items, including a door sign, pens, notebooks, poster display, and other giveaways, may be provided by your company for all participants. Event photos and videos featuring your company logo will be tagged and shared on all social media platforms.

Prom w/Photo Booth Sponsor

$2,500

Brand recognition as our Enchanted Forest prom sponsor. Includes option to provide decorations, table cloths, and DJ, as well as the recording of a video message to be played during dinner. Branded signage will be placed at our photo booth stations and centerpieces. Sponsor logo will be included on photos.

Back to School Wellness and Community Fair

Evening Activities Sponsor

Every evening, students are required to interact socially with one another in our activity lounge. Events include game nights, art therapy, lip sync battles, talent shows, ice-cream socials, and movie nights. Your logo will be seen by all students, staff, and volunteers during every debrief session.

Welcome & Thank You Bags

Your company name/logo printed on the welcome bags distributed to all PALS participants, with thank you bags provided to workshop presenters. Includes option to include promo materials and giveaways. Placement is confined to welcome bags.

This opportunity allows your company to maximize the promotional benefits of being an NVEEE sponsor. Advertise your brand to both the NVEEE community and the benefiting organization with an option for your company to personally deliver donations.
