Peace Ambassadors
1. WHY DO WE NEED PEACE AMBASSADORS?
We need Peace Ambassadors to represent the interest of undermined students who have been or are currently experiencing bullying, effects of suicide attempts by themselves or friends, and violence in their schools and community. They serve as a voice for those who live in fear of speaking for themselves, and as advocates for equality.
2. What is the NVEEE Peace Ambassador Program (PAP)?
NVEEE’s Peace Ambassador Program is an initiative whereby students that embody the core values of community, leadership, integrity and compassion serve as advocates and role models for the prevention of bullying, suicide and violence in their various communities and schools. Our Peace Ambassadors serve as role models for other students through their attitude, character and actions in all facets of their lives.
NVEEE Peace Ambassadors are dedicated to empowering other students to help create a safer and more inclusive environment for the ENTIRE school community.
